4 center cut boneless pork chops, half pound each
1 bunch of scallions
2 cups Newman's Own® Teriyaki Marinade
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Preheat oven to 375. Clean scallions and cut into one-inch lengths. Peel and mince ginger.
- In bowl add teriyaki marinade, ginger, scallions, mustard and honey. Mix well and then coat pork chops generously.
- Transfer to baking pan and cover with aluminum foil for approximately 15 minutes (depending on size of chops). If desired, uncover and brown under the broiler for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice and juices from the pan.
