Assorted Skewers with Fresh Fruit Salsa

1 pound chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 pound flank steak, cut into strips
1 pound lamb, cut into chunks
2 cups each of Newman’s Own® Mesquite with Lime, Teriyaki, and Herb & Roasted Garlic Marinades

Ingredients (fruit salsas):
Fruit of choice (Mango, Nectarine, or Grapefruit)
1 small red onion
½ cup cilantro
2 Tbsp lemon juice


  • Slice assortment of chicken breast, flank steak, and lamb and place on wooden skewers. Marinate in an assortment of marinades. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before grilling.

  • Grill approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked to taste (note cooking times may vary depending on thickness of skewers).
       Select a fruit salsa to make from:

  • Mango Salsa: Chop mango and mix with chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice. Cover bowl with saran wrap and leave at room temperature until ready to serve.

  • Nectarine Salsa: Chop nectarines and mix with chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice. Cover bowl with saran wrap and leave at room temperature until ready to serve.

  • Grapefruit Salsa: Chop grapefruit and mix with chopped red onion and chopped cilantro. Add a squirt of lime juice rather than lemon juice for this salsa. Cover bowl with saran wrap and leave at room temperature until ready to serve.
