A simple and savory dish you can whip up in minutes.
1/2 jar Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 portobello mushrooms, grilled and sliced
2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
2 roasted red peppers, sliced
8 oz fettuccini
Fresh parsley for garnish
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and return to pan. Add Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Divide onto individual serving plates and top with peppers, mushrooms and chicken.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
