An oh-so-delicious creamy base with punchy cajun flavors—really, this recipe can do no wrong. Try it with your favorite shellfish, or a mix of them all!

  • 1 pound cooked seafood (peeled shrimp, crawfish, or crab meat)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 1½ cup milk
  • ½ Tbsp creole or cajun seasoning
  • 1 pound rotini or penne pasta



Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse, and drain.


Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the green onion and garlic and saute until garlic is soft and golden. Add seafood and sauté until heated through.


Stir in Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce and milk and mix thoroughly. Add cajun seasoning to taste. Fold in pasta and reduce heat to low. Continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens to desired consistency.


Serve with French bread and salad.
