This baked pasta dish is easy to make and perfect for editing to make it your way. Change up the pasta type, add some vegetables or protein, and you’re set for dinner.

  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta
  • 2 cups Newman’s Own® Vodka Pasta Sauce
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese (1 cup for the sauce, 1 cup for the topping)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated asiago cheese
  • ½ cup grated Romano cheese
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp Newman’s Own Sea Salt Flakes
  • ½ tsp Newman’s Own Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Newman’s Own Organic Parsley Flakes for garnish



Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 13×9-inch baking dish.


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and quickly bring the water back to a boil. Stir the pasta a few times so it does not stick or clump together and cook according to the manufacturer’s directions. When the pasta is done, drain immediately in a colander and run cold water over it to stop the cooking.


In a large bowl, toss the pasta with the sauce, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the other cheeses, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press the pasta down gently with a large spoon and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.


Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 5 minutes more. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
