Made with chicken, fresh portobello mushrooms and roasted red peppers, this dish has everything you need for a family meal. Top it with Newman’s Own Alfredo Sauce and you’ve got a saucy hit that’ll keep their forks spinning noodles all night.

  • 1/2 jar Newman’s Own® Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, grilled and sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccini
  • Fresh parsley for garnish



Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add Fettuccini and cook according to package directions.


Drain pasta and return to pan. Add Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. Divide onto individual serving plates and top with peppers, mushrooms and chicken.


Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
