Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bowl

Ingredients

For the chicken:
2 large chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, and 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon buffalo hot sauce

For the potatoes:
4-5 large golden potatoes, cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon olive oil

Cucumber Tomato Salad:
1 small cucumber, diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion diced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 lemon juiced
Pinch of salt and drizzle of olive oil

Directions

Cut and season chicken. Cook on medium high heat for 8 minutes then add butter and buffalo sauce.

Cut and season potatoes. Air fry or bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
Combine all veggies in a bowl for the salad.

Build bowl with crispy potatoes, spicy buffalo chicken, fresh crisp salad, and a drizzle of creamy Newman’s Own Ranch.
