Summer Pizza Party Giveaway

This sweepstakes (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Newman’s Own, Inc., 1 Morningside Drive North, Westport, CT 06880 (“Sponsor”). - Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Solo Stove, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. - Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on July 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). - How to Enter
To enter:
• Like the Giveaway post on Instagram.
• Follow both @newmansown and @solostove on Instagram.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post. Each tag counts as one entry. Unlimited entries allowed.Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without using Instagram, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Summer BBQ Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, and phone number. Limit one AMOE entry per person. - No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. - Prizes
One (1) winner will receive:
• One (1) Solo Stove Pi Prime Pizza Oven (Approximate Retail Value: $349.99)
• A selection of Newman’s Own frozen pizzas (ARV: $50)
Total ARV of all prizes: $399.99. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. - Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 17, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via direct message from @newmansown on Instagram or via email (for AMOE entries). The winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. - Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. - General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Solo Stove, Instagram, and their respective affiliates and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. - Privacy

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. - Instagram Disclaimer
