Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the Newman’s Own Thin & Crispy Uncured Pepperoni Pizza packaging. Typically, this is around 425°F (220°C). Place a baking sheet or parchment paper on a baking tray and set it aside.
Take the frozen Newman’s Own Thin & Crispy Uncured Pepperoni Pizza out of its packaging and let it thaw slightly. You want it to be pliable but not fully thawed.
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper on a clean surface. Place the partially thawed pizza on top.
Carefully roll up the pizza, starting from one end and roll it tightly.
Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled pizza into pinwheels, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. You should get around 8-10 pinwheels.
Place the pizza pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet or parchment paper, leaving a little space between each one.
Lightly brush the tops of the pinwheels with olive oil. This will help them brown nicely in the oven.
Put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve your delicious pizza roll-ups with Newman’s Own Marinara Pasta Sauce (optional)
