Ingredients
2 cups diced cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup basil
1-2 Newman’s Own® Classic Oil and Vinegar dressing
2 garlic cloves minced
salt and pepper to taste
baguette, sliced into 10-15 slices

Directions
Dice tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl
Cut the basil into ribbons by placing 4-5 leaves on top of each other, roll them up and cut into thin slices
Add the ribbons of basil and minced garlic to the bowl of diced tomatoes
Add 1-2 Tbsp of Newman’s Own® Classic Oil and Vinegar dressing, salt, pepper and mix until combined
Set the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marinate together
Meanwhile, cut the baguette into slices and toast
Scoop bruschetta on top of each slice of toasted bread and enjoy!
