Moist and juicy, this grilled chicken and feta burger is topped with a zesty herb yogurt sauce that packs a punch of delicious flavor.

Mediterranean Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
Patties:
- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- 1/4 cup Newman’s Own® Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Newman’s Own® Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
Grilled Chicken Burgers:
- 4 burger buns, split
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 thick slices tomato
- 4 red onion rounds
- 16 slices cucumber
Directions
Patties: Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. In medium bowl, mix together chicken, Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, bread crumbs, feta, onion and parsley (do not overwork). Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Grill burgers, flipping once, for 10 to 14 minutes or until grill-marked, chicken is cooked through and instant-read thermometer registers 165°F when inserted sideways into center of burger.
Yogurt Sauce: In small bowl, stir together Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, yogurt, pickles and dill.
Grilled Chicken Burgers: Assemble chicken in buns with yogurt sauce, feta, lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber.
Tip: Substitute ground chicken with ground turkey or extra-lean ground lamb if desired.
