Newman’s Own Sesame Ginger Dressing
1 portion of steak, cooked to your liking
1 cup lettuce, sliced
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup cooked quinoa
salt and pepper

Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak to your liking. Rest, and slice.

In separate bowls, plate lettuce, quinoa, bell peppers, cucumbers, and steak. Drizzle Newman’s Own Sesame Ginger Dressing.
