Tangy, creamy feta is balanced with the bright, fresh flavors of Newman’s Own Pineapple Salsa. Perfect for entertaining and sure to be a hit around the table!

1 block (6 oz) feta
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
1/2 cup Newman’s Own Pineapple Salsa
1 baguette, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 tbsp pomegranate arils
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place feta in 4 x 3-inch baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp pepper. Pour Newman’s Own Pineapple Salsa around feta.
Bake for 20 minutes or until feta is softened and salsa is bubbling.
Meanwhile, brush baguette slices with remaining oil and season with remaining 1/4 tsp pepper. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden and toasted.
Garnish salsa with pomegranate arils and serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
Tip: Use crackers in place of toasted baguette for a simpler preparation if desired.
