Ground Coriander

Coriander is fragrant, mellow, and subtle, with a warm earthy nuttiness, and a slight minty/citrusy flavor. Whole coriander seeds are made from the dried berries of the coriander herb but have little similarity in taste to fresh coriander.
Newman’s Own™ Ground Coriander is great for seasoning all types of roasted meats, beef, chicken, fish, seafood, pork, vegetables, chutneys, chili, curries, soups, stews or casseroles, salsas, and dips. It’s also used for pickling, can be used in cakes and other baked goods, and is a component of many different spice mixtures including garam masala and harissa.
Common in Indian, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Latin American, and Mexican recipes, it pairs well with cumin, chili, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, parsley and basil.
