  • 1 cup semi-hard cheese, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup roasted pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup olives
  • ½ cup pepperoncinis
  • 1 cup salami, chopped
  • ½ cup button mushrooms
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Newman’s Own Organic Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup Newman’s Own Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing



Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.


Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered.
