Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Wings:

  1. 4 lbs split chicken wings
  2. 1 cup Newman’s Own Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinade
  3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tbsp salt
  5. 2 tsp black pepper

Sauce:

  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper

Assembly:

  1. 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  2. 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Directions

Wings: In large bowl, toss wings with vinaigrette, cheese, salt and pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for 25 minutes and up to 4 hours.

Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grates well.

Grill wings (discard marinade), turning occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, cooked through, skin is crisp and instant-read thermometer registers 165˚F when inserted into thickest part of chicken.

Sauce: Meanwhile, in medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper until blended.

Assembly: Garnish wings with cheese and parsley. Serve with sour cream sauce for dipping.
